I used a mask and font of choice.
Open a new raster layer 700 x 700.
Flood fill with white, open paper 4, add a new raster layer,
go to selections, select all and paste the paper into selection, select none.
Apply your mask.
Now for the elements. It's all copy and paste and arrange the elements
where you want them. I used a light drop shadow of 2, -2, 20, 2.00 on the
elements.
Open Frame Element 6, resize 80% and paste onto your canvas.
Element 51, resize 60%, paste on top of frame.
Element 139, resize 40%, paste and apply Xero Porcelain with the
following settings:
Softness 40
Strength 120
Brightness 135
Red Channel 0
Green Channel 0
Blue Channel 0
Duplicate the tube layer, open Layers property and change mode to
Screen at 30%. Merge to original tube layer.
Element 44, resize 60% and place in front of the tube.
Element 87, resize 50%, place behind the previous element
and to the right.
Element 142, resize 80% and place under the tube.
Element 14, resize 25% and put on top layer, on the right.
Element 21, Frog, resize 25% and place on bottom left.
Element 26, resize 40% and place below the frog layer on bottom left.
Element 27, resize 20%, place on right side
Add any other elements you like to your tag.
