Plug In Xero - Porcelain.
Ok, let's go.
First open up the mask you will be using, shift D to duplicate, x out the original.
New Canvas - 600 x 600.
Flood fill with white.
Layers, new raster layer.
Then go to selections, select all
Open up paper 5 or paper of choice, shift D to duplicate, x out the original.
Go to edit, copy the paper, click back on your canvas
and go to edit, paste into selection, go to selections, select none,
Layers, new mask from image, apply your mask, click ok.
On your mask layers, click and merge group.
Open frame 1 from the freebie kit, shift D to duplicate, x out the original.
I resized mine to 65% as I wanted it to fit over the frame on the mask I used.
(sq_leafy grunge frame 1 Mask, not sure where you can get it.
I then used the raster deform tool, deform and shape to fit.
No need to do that if you used a different mask.
Open up close up tube, shift D to duplicate, x out original tube.
Apply a small drop shadow, go to Effects, Drop shadow, I used 2, -2, 30, 3.00 with Black.
Copy and paste your tube onto the tag above the frame layer.
Go to layers, duplicate and move one tube layer below the frame layer.
Carefully erase what you don't want showing on both tube layers.
Highlight your top tube layer, go to effects, plugins, Xero, porcelain and apply with these settings:
Next highlight your second tube layer and apply the same Xero Porcelain effect.
Highlight your frame, go to effects, dropshadow.
Open Bow 1 - Shift D to duplicate, x out the original, resize 30%.
Copy and paste onto your tag and postition. Effects, dropshadow.
Open Butterfly 2 - Shift D to duplicate, x out the original, resize 25%.
Copy and paste onto your tag and postition. Effects, dropshadow, then go to adjust and sharpen.
Open Heartspring1, shift D to duplicate, x out the original.
Resize 40%, copy & paste onto your tag. Effects, dropshadow.
Open Frame 2, ribbon, resize 90% and copy and paste above your mask layer.
Add your copyright and you are done.
Save as psp image or x out the white background layer in your layers palette
and merge visible and save as a png.
I save mine both ways in case I want to make some changes to the original blank.
